Every human deserves a space where they feel welcome, valued, and celebrated exactly as they are.

Hello!..
I am Marcus Hunter Neill, also known as Lady Portia Di’Monte, and I have spent more than twenty five years championing LGBTQIA+ visibility, inclusion, and joy wherever it was needed.

When I heard of people being turned away from different barbers simply for being themselves, I felt something shift.

Hair should never be a reason for fear or rejection. It should be care, comfort, and confidence.

So when the stars alined and space beneath my home became available, I decided to build a sanctuary for all.

I called my bestie Carmel told her my idea and she was in! and Embrace Style was born, A place where the only thing you ever need to identify is how you take your coffee.

With Carmel Smith, our radiant Queen of Colour, as the manager and me as Head of HR lol …. We created a five star salon filled with warmth, community, and pure Embrace magic.

Inside Embrace, people soften. They settle. EVERYONE feel seen.

You will find business leaders, housewives, artists, teens finding their identity, proud parents, and every colour of the rainbow sharing stories and sipping coffee together.

People who may never cross paths anywhere else sit side by side and realise how We are more alike then we are onalike.

For many years I ran a cosmetics cancer charity that showed me how deeply hair affects confidence.

Over the years I have supported people facing menopause, medication changes, transition journeys, stress related thinning, medical treatment, and unexpected shifts in their self image.

Every human deserves to feel good when they look in the mirror, and Embrace became a space where those conversations could finally happen without fear.
